Based in Colorado, he serves as Global Product Marketing Manager for Imaging at Molecular Devices, where he leads go‑to‑market strategy, messaging and competitive differentiation for imaging platforms and associated software. He has held product and scientific leadership roles at 10x Genomics, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Intelligent Imaging Innovations and has directed life sciences imaging facilities in academia. Boyd holds a PhD in Biophysics/Cell Biology and an M.S. in Optical Physics.
