Dr Timothy O’Connor is Chief Technology Officer at Phenomix Sciences and has more than 20 years of experience across bioinformatics, data science and software engineering. Prior to joining the company, he held roles at CareDx, Microsoft and Illumina, where he worked on computational approaches to complex biological and clinical research questions.
His research has focused on developing technologies that make complex biological data more accessible, including methods for analysing non-coding genomic variants and visualising multi-omic regulatory mechanisms.
