Yan Zhang, MS, is Associate Director in the Toxicology Department at WuXi AppTec, where she oversees GLP and non-GLP toxicology studies and manages study director teams. With more than 15 years of experience in preclinical toxicology, she has led studies across multiple species and supported regulatory-compliant study execution and reporting. Zhang holds a master's degree in Pharmacology from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has authored several publications in neuropharmacology, toxicology and comparative pathology.
