Stop costly biologic failures. This masterclass reveals high-throughput strategies to optimize antibody leads upfront.
Are your promising biologic leads failing in development due to hidden issues like poor stability, aggregation, or low PK? This webinar will equip you with practical, high-throughput strategies to identify and mitigate critical risks early. This means you’ll save significant time, resources, and valuable material before your molecules ever reach costly CMC stages.
What you’ll learn:
- Assess key developability risks (PK, stability, manufacturability) using less than 1 mg of material per assay.
- Explore sensitive, high-throughput assays like AC-SINS, DNA/Insulin ELISA, FcRn affinity, and serum stability for rapid antibody optimization.
- Discover how to combine in silico modeling and in vitro testing to predict CMC risks much earlier in the discovery stage.
- Tailor micro-developability strategies for complex and novel biologic formats, including Fc-lacking biologics.
- Get your questions answered live by Dr. Lei Guo during the interactive Q&A session.

Meet the expert:
Join Dr. Lei Guo, Director of CRO Services at WuXi Biologics, for this exclusive session. With over 14 years of hands-on experience, she’ll reveal how to effectively integrate in silico modeling with cutting-edge in vitro assays for rapid, early lead optimization. Mark your calendar for Wednesday, July 30th, 2025, at 10:00 AM BST.
CASE STUDIES
Dive into practical examples that demonstrate how to:
- Identify CDR hotspots, post-translational modification risks, and aggregation scores using advanced in silico tools.
- Evaluate self-association tendencies with AC-SINS and HIC.
- Assess non-specific binding via BVP/DNA/Insulin ELISA, clearance through FcRn affinity, and half-life using serum stability assays.
- Perform stress testing under low pH, thermal (40°C), and freeze/thaw conditions.
- Troubleshoot charged variants with CIEF-MS.
- Optimize antibody candidates to improve expression, reduce degradation and aggregation, enhance thermal stability, and extend half-life.
