Join this expert-led webinar to learn how to break through common bottlenecks in TCR discovery with practical strategies that help teams move faster and smarter.
T-cell receptor–T-cell engagers (TCR-TCEs) are gaining momentum, but technical roadblocks often slow discovery programs. Struggling with low-affinity TCRs or poor yields? Learn scalable workflows that can boost expression, improve binding, and accelerate your pipeline.
As pressure mounts to improve efficiency and accelerate timelines, new approaches are emerging as a powerful way to solve long-standing challenges. But where do they make a real impact, and what does effective implementation truly look like in practice?
Dr. Jiansheng Wu will share practical insights and case studies into how optimized workflows are being applied across the industry, helping teams move faster and make better-informed decisions. He will address how to overcome challenges like poor expression yields, low-affinity candidates from phage libraries, and the limited throughput of traditional methods. With vast experience in protein sciences and over 50 drug development projects, he brings both deep technical expertise and a strategic understanding of real-world challenges.
Key learning points:
- Learn how a CHO-based expression workflow can deliver high-throughput, low-endotoxin sTCRs at scalable yields (~100 mg/L).
- Explore how optimized phage display can be used to boost TCR binding by up to 10,000-fold, unlocking higher-quality candidates.
- Discover practical strategies for improving candidate quality and accelerating your early-stage discovery pipeline.
- Ask your questions live and benefit from expert insight during the Q&A session.
This session will offer a clear view of how cutting-edge methods can be used to improve your workflow, and what they could mean for the future of your work.
