Oxford Global are proud to present its 16th Annual Drug Discovery Congress on the 8th and 9th of June 2015. Previously held in Geneva, Switzerland, this year the congress will be held at the Hotel Palace Berlin, Germany.

Who will attend?

Our prestigious Summit brings together prominent decision makers working at the forefront of research into target based discovery, phenotypic screening, preclinical biomarkers, and medicinal chemistry. Over 250 delegates will be representing leading biotech companies, global pharmaceutical organisations and internationally renowned academic institutions.

Why this Congress?

Oxford Global’s 16th Annual Drug Discovery Summit and our co-located 3rd Annual Discovery Chemistry and Drug Design Congress are Europe’s leading Summits in the drug discovery and discovery chemistry field.

The discovery landscape has shifted over the past few years – we have seen the resurgence of phenotypic screening, the shift from high throughput screening to high content analysis, novel applications of genomic technologies and a renewed emphasis on the role of collaboration and open innovation models. We are also seeing an increased focus on strengthening data and knowledge management in R&D pipelines to make the most of discovery data, with researchers seeking new techniques to manage complex early stage discovery portfolios and for library optimisation.

The 16th Annual Drug Discovery Summit 2015 will consist of 6 interactive streams covering:

  • Target Based Discovery
  • Screening and Assays: Enabling Technologies
  • Preclinical Biomarkers and Translational Medicine
  • Supporting Innovation: Data and Information Management
  • Discovery Chemistry: Latest Case Studies
  • Drug Design: Novel Approaches
