The Simoa CorPlex Human Cytokine Panel 1 is a multiplex immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of 10 inflammatory biomarkers in serum and EDTA plasma.

This assay has been validated according to Quanterix design control principles and fit-for-purpose guidance. Validation data is highlighted in the validation report and datasheets available for download from quanterix.com. The Application Note describes the analysis of EDTA plasma samples from 1st line colorectal and 1st line gastric cancer samples.
