This webinar from Bio-Techne demonstrates how to use a novel in vitro flow cytometry-based assay to monitor SARS-CoV-2 binding to ACE-2.

ACE-2 is a widely expressed receptor that is utilized by SARS-CoV-2 to enter cells. Antibody or small molecule blockade of this interaction could be a viable COVID-19 therapeutic option; however, this research is hampered by biosafety considerations. We developed an in vitro flow cytometry assay for evaluating the effectiveness of antibodies or small molecules to block SARS-CoV-2 binding. This webinar from Bio-Techne demonstrates how to use this assay to monitor SARS-CoV-2/ACE-2 interactions.
